The Cellar
A journey through 400 labels: the Wine Cellar of Furore Grand Hotel
At the heart of Furore Grand Hotel lies a wine cellar that houses more than 400 labels from across the globe. Each bottle reflects a land, a culture, a philosophy of craftsmanship. Every choice is the result of meticulous research.
You can have a wine tasting at Acquarasa., su prenotazione, per chi desidera vivere un’esperienza enologica esclusiva, anche senza soggiornare in hotel.
The wine tasting will be in our Acquarasa Restaurant to have a full experience through food and wine.
The architecture of the cellar
Carved into stone, the cellar is framed by brick walls that preserve freshness and silence. Its design recalls the traditional domestic cellars of Amalfi Coast households, reinterpreted with a contemporary aesthetic that combines authenticity with functionality.
This structural choice goes beyond beauty: natural stone and thermal insulation ensure a constant, optimal temperature creating ideal conditions for the preservation of every type of wine. Here, each bottle rests in perfect balance, waiting to be discovered and savored.
Carta Territori for Bluh Furore
For the current season, our sommelier Giovanna Ragno has curated a special selection of iconic labels within a unique project: Territori.
Territori is a tribute to origins to the land that creates, nurtures, and tells its story. Twenty-eight remarkable wines, selected with precision and sensitivity, accompany the tasting menus of Bluh Furore, creating timeless harmony with each course.
Every wine is designed to enhance the emotion of the dish, evoke memories, and connect senses. Territori is a geography of emotions.
